Yeah, Duane. The Lehman upgrade caught me by surprise.

They must have talked to the company since the last report I read.
I get the feeling, that they felt they better upgrade the stock, or be left behind.

Maybe they felt the stock would be approaching 20 by the time they got around to upgrading their 10 dollar price target.

But as I have said earlier, would not mind adding to my core holding around 10. If the market gets scary enough, we might see it. Maybe lower, but I am not holding my breath.

Oh, by the way. I did buy some LTXX today at 12.125 in one account, and some more at 11.875 in another. GTC trades that executed 3 minutes before the open. I of course was shocked! Saw the shares in both accounts, got the execution notices on-line as well as by e-mail.
But was not really surprised when my broker called and said they were executed in error, outside the market, and the trades were broken.

For a minute there I thought I got a gift from heaven.

John
