A guy who only comments on NETA based on their AV products is someone who does not know what the company is about, so I would completely ignore his comments.
IMHO the real opportunity NETA has will come from their security offerings (PGP, VPNs, etc.) That's the market where the real money is going to be 1-2 years from now.

This guy is an idiot who obviously knows virtually nothing about the company!

It's a company called Network Associates, a very big software company. They're in the software -- the antivirus software business, protecting PCs and computers. This was a real highflier in the mid- and late-'90s. It changed its name from McAfee.

Does he know about Network General?????

First of all, they had some inventory problems. The Street doesn't like that.

ROFLMAO! I'd call stuffing the hell out of the channel more than "some inventory problems."

At this point, I suspect that any big funds stepping up to the plate are hoping for a takeover.
