They were bailing out a month ago, then a few came back in,
but yes they are getting out as the dollar falls from their
point of view our assets are falling more than they look
to us, it was the same last year , the news pimps never told
the truth about it, but the market really fell about 30%
last year if you adjust it to the Dollar, and it's down
almost 15% right now if you were in Europe and buying the
SPY with EUs you would have taken a bath had you held.
Foreigners hold about 12% of our stocks , (from some CNBC
reports I got ) trouble is CNBC is only about halfassed on their
reporting and their pundits are like trained parrots.
I do know they hold mostly blue chips so if the part of 12%
is true on a broad sense then it's a lot more in the blue
chips, perhaps that's why the Mid Cap hasn't sold down as
much, ( YET ).
They own about 32% of the National Debt..and taht should have
never happened, it was a total scam pulled on the citizens
of this country with out disclosing the ramifications,
sort of like the garbage the old use car salesman got famous
for but this was worse.
