*Motorola/cdmaOne/Telecom NZ. Also Eudora* Skip, Motorola would just provide a guarantee to take care of all legal issues, including litigation consequences from patent disputes. Telecom said they are having a 'risk sharing' contract, whatever that means.

On Eudora, several months ago, Irwin said part of ditching infrastructure was that they could focus on the good stuff like Eudora, MSM5000, 3G and the rest. I was surprised to see him mention Eudora as a priority and didn't think he meant they intend to compete in the email space for boring messaging. I reckon it's to be a Condor carrier, full encryption, with images, cybermoney, WWeb management tools and stuff hooked onto it somehow, voice mail, picture mail etc.

Windows CE will be the operating system and Eudora will be the carrier pigeon with WirelessKnowledge/pdQ/Anita [TM] the wings to carry the 'message' from place to place.

PS: Ooops, now I see the margin debt:equity business post a couple back to Keith Feral is in the wrong thread. Mea Culpa - please don't inundate me with 'keep the thread clean'. Sorry!!
