No offense, but isn't a correction of over 20% pretty much an indication of overvaluation?
I think it's interesting that most of the stocks that are correcting that much are examples of poor business models that got alot of talking up as being part of the "new era" in business. On the other hand, you have stocks like AOL that have suffered tremendously since hitting its highs....yet are fulfilling or surpassing the goals they have set.

All in all, that just implies overvaluation. But you are correct...there are too many weak hands. That is the effect of daytrading and the "instant millionaire" psychology. If something isn't paying off immediately...sell and look for something that will.
Rubbish! Pure rubbish. It rarely works...problem is, when it does...you hear how "everyone" got rich off it. Except me, because I do something boring called investing. And except the other 1000 guys who are broke following that method.
