I traded out of 25% of my position at 43, bought it
back at 36.75 (so much for picking a bottom).

My big problem with getting in heavy now is that we're
still a month before 'warnings season', never mind the fed.

As for timing dspg right now, the conf call implied we would
get a couple names of customers: an american customer in a
couple of weeks, a japanese co in about a month. They didn't
say there'd be a press release - 'should get i.d.' is what my
notes say - but we'd probably get a little pop if there was
one, depending on who it is. (could be worth a trade)

I'm going to wait before I start buying on margin if only to
enjoy August in Seattle. I think there'll be more 'buying
opportunities' before the year's out, though there are a number
of stocks that look quite tempting now.

cheers
-Kevin

ps. keeping cool in Seattle has not been a problem lately..
..getting the snow in the mountains to melt, that could turn
into problem.

[windows it end?]

fwiw, no reply from my 8/2 message
no reply from yesterday's message
no answer from several calls this morning

if anyone else feels like calling, please do:
contact Michael Cohen at 408-986-4424.

I'm not giving up, but am getting irritated.

[windows it end?] you mean 'when does?'

per Mike Cohen, It was 'when does'..., oh well.
a little wishfull thinking encouraged by an
unclear sentence I guess.

Also, they're still unable to release the names of the
customers mentioned in the last conf call. And he hinted
that there will be a couple more licensees announced in
the near future..., probably the next conf call.
