<<What are their plans for filing a form 10?>> This is one area where investors might have a legitimate gripe. I was reassured by Bill today that SYCD would be fully reporting by the end of the year. Whether that means October, November, December, I don't know, but they seem determined to get it all done by the end of the year. Reporting financials is never soon enough for OTC investors. I remain confident that they will do it, though I would also like to see it sooner rather than later as others would. The thing to remember about SYCD is that this is still only a 7 or 8 person operation. SY and Bill are traveling all over the country to trade shows and deal-making as well as doing everything else that their business requires. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the financials. If investors keep hounding them on it, maybe they'll make it more of a priority.
