Hi Chuca ... Thanks ... glad to have you back. I am continuing on with my research. Just a pain trying to dodge the innuendoes of the nays. I provided the arizona site ... I figured this so I am making a summary post. This will allow someone to go to the posts with solid information rather than sort though tons of intentional posts that have nothing but doubt touters doing lousy research. There is a lot about this acquistion that the real industry respects. Just keep on doing the research. GB
