The Company has also entered into a development agreement with Intel Corporation ("Intel") and is designing and developing a digital voice recorder reference design and prototypes. Under the agreement, Intel is paying non-recurring engineering fees for design and development of prototypes.

Through March 31, 1999 the Company recognized approximately $39,000 of revenues pursuant to the Intel contract.
