<<Paul Allen can afford to lose bigtime>> Yet, why when he doesn't have to?...he should be buying NETP in his offshore accounts -- at this deeply discounted price...he could double his holdings with a little lunch money <G> and he would send a signal to the larger investors that he is commited to NETP. He is also incubating a lot of e-commerce firms (like Mercata.com) that IMO could really leverage NETP technology to gain a competitive advantage. Just some thoughts that I had. I sure would like Paul Allen become a MUCH more active investor in this firm...Maybe its time for me to email Vulcan Ventures..!! Best Regards, Scott
