Merrill and Goldman announced plans to co-develop a system. There is demand for these products and ATG's VTS has value in providing an economically sensible pricing schema with anonymity for participants. I do respect what the shorts have done. Taking short interest to 1.9 million shares by the end of July requires kahunas the size of basketballs. If shorts have placed the wrong bet, then longs have all the downside protection they will ever need. If longs have guessed wrong, then we'll see $0.
