Bobby, i know about his neutral shift. btw, he was touting semis a lot up until recently, which was correct for the most part, only he doesn't seem to know when to stop...
he was positive on airlines again this year! when the started going down i frequently saw small tidbits on his site saying they should be going up.

BB, you must diferenciate between salesmen and market timers. A salesman must sell what the public wants to hear.

IMHO all those market gurus are just pure garbage. WS brokerage analyst, or strategists are there to sell and generate commission they care less if they are right as long as people are following their advise. Very few are neutral an usually are kicked out and start their own hedge fund.
