AlienTech, I was in no way endorsing ML's rating on INIT. I was just explaining the vagaries of their rating system and research process. BTW, INTC and MU were rated Neutral/Neutral during the period I think you were referring to. That rating typically prohibits a ML broker from soliciting the stock for purchase unless a special waiver is obtained. Bob
