Add'l correction TT...I think this is an OTCBB error, not ECNC or SEC. Filings tell the story. OTCBB is the one which listed ECNC on its Daily List for change to ECNCE on 8/6 (God that's a scary looking symbol...gives me the willy's). One interesting point...I thought if delisted you were screwed if holding shares. No market so no trading...get a picture frame. But I was informed on RB that it would go to the pink sheets and CAN be traded there and that there is going to be an electronic board for trading them soon. Still don't want to be pink...but not a complete disaster maybe. Anyone know anything about his info???
