I went to a show that the berkly boys put on about two years ago .they reminded me of Prince Charles ,accent and all .good show tho ,I owned 5000 of them at about 4 bucks ,wish I had been more patient

On July 29, 1999, TUSK arranged a private placement with a single investor
at arm's-length to the company. The company sold 400,000 common shares at
75 cents for proceeds of $300,000 in this transaction.
On Aug. 19, 1999, TUSK completed a private placement of three million
flow-through special warrants at 90 cents for gross proceeds of $2,700,000.
First Marathon Securities Limited, Brant Securities Ltd. and Peters & Co.
Limited, assisted with the offering. The issue was fully subscribed.
Funds will be used for, among other things, further drilling and
development in the area of the recently announced (Stockwatch July 16) gas
discovery in northeast British Columbia and infill and exploratory drilling
at and near TUSK's major producing area at Meekwap, Alta.

An agreement has been reached with Gulf Midstream Services Partnership (GMS) to construct and operate a pipeline required for the tie-in of the Strachan 2-22-38-9 W5M well to the GMS operated Strachan gas plant.
Under the agreement, First Star will be an equity owner with a 7-per-cent interest in the pipeline. GMS will have a 51-per-cent interest and be the operator of the pipeline. Other well partners and capital funding groups will own the remaining interests.
Construction of the line has commenced and the 2-22 well is expected to begin production by mid-October. The expected gross production rate from the well is five million cubic feet a day of raw gas. First Star has a 21-per-cent BPO and 26-per-cent APO interest in the 2-22 well.
