CIMA , that's pretty close. The 1.75 break gives the higher high needed. The $2.5 is the last peak which will be a resistance point as buyers at that price will sell to recoup after the last decline. $4 is the next target, volume dependant. 209.67.221.61 Black volume shows big buying. Williams% soaring shows news is due in the next week or so, stocahstic is showing higher high and higher low. Looks ready to take off. scouser
