Thanks William - the discussion has been interesting. As I've mentioned before on this thread - I like Amazon's web site, I've actually purchased a few books from them (as I have also done from barnesandnoble.com). However, I think Amazon's market cap is inflated and their plans for rapid retail category expansion too optimistic.

I'm signing off for the night - have to get home to get some sleep. Asian markets are currently down (Japan -1.4%, Hong Kong -1.1%, South Korea -1.8%) and the dollar is at 114.2 yen. I think there's a good chance that reaction to tomorrow's productivity report will be negative - and that we will see further declines in AMZN and other nets tomorrow. Of course I could be wrong (as I have been on many occasions in the past).
