yup, and as a matter of fact, there was an article in either MONEY/FORTUNE/FORBES/KIPLINGER that the MM are settling a law suite that charged them with colluding to manipulate the market between 1991 and 1996 (I think). The article also had an address for the securities in question, and said that affected investors should have heard from their brokers... sorry I can't remember which magazine, and that I didn't post the info. at the time... but I am sure others on the thread have read it as well, and could provide more exact info if anyone is interested. best regards amein
