Exactly! If enough people learn about the thread, I'm sure that very current notices of reg. S issuances will be posted. Unfortunately I don't have anything enlightening to report right now but expect that I will and hopefully others will too.

I think that is what this subject is to discuss and issue alerts on.
The obvious opportunity being to be aware that a company will have certain fluctations in the stock price due to such discounted sales.
P&D / Shorting will cause the fluctations, and when aware, one is able to ride it.
So what to post here must be the companies of which one know that reg s shares are about to or just have been issued. Then it is up to the individual to assess and act as best capable.

The companies that will emerge here will IMO be filing entities with some kind of economical problem, trading on NASDAQ.

One source of finding such could be looking through freeedgar daily for such 8-k and s-8 filings.
