I hope to buy ICGE in the teens in a couple weeks. I am betting that todays action was a fluke. A friend on Wall Street says the rumors there are that unemployment will come in at 4.2% tomorrow. We'll see if there is any truth to these rumors. I would expect a sell-off even if the rate is 4.3%. I'd guess we need 4.4% for a flat day, and 4.5% for an extension of this bear rally. These are obviously just my best guesses. I have no delusions of omniscience. But this how I am planning to time my buy-in for ICGE. Tom D
