LOL!.....The answer, of course, depends on one's definition of sound. The interesting thing is that Gore's presence at the event ought to cover the subjective definition of sound, unless he is unconscious or stoned...Which leads us to the implication that Gore is actually a somnambulist (somewhat plausible) or pothead (my suspicion)....The latter hypothesis would also account for how he was able to call Clinton the greatest president of the century and not crack- up:long practice "straightening up" when grownups are around. I am sure he broke up over it later......
