Hi Jon, pasting two posts from RB re: MM activity perspective from some experienced investors

Float answer

Everyone wonders why so many shares trade and they write the float is higher then we
all hear it is. You bet it probably is.

The reason that the float is higher then, say 30 million is because a MM sells paper.
Us shareholders could have the whole float tied up and when you buy off the offer the
MMs just facilitate the paper to your buying firm. Many of you call this shorting but in
MM lingo it is not. They can facilitate you 10s of millions of shares but at some point
they need to cover their facilitation by buying shares from someone to do so. They are
in their own little MM club and you bet they keep in close contact. They take turns
stepping up to the bid then just cross blocks to help each other average out. We saw
this with those big blocks after the trading hours. Only an MM can to this. They don't
want to make a mistake so it is crosses when nobody can touch the trade except
them.

Keep in mind we are probably moving 10 million more shares then are really available
for retail selling. This 10 million shares they could shake out as GAAY corrects. I
believe this is why everyone is so confused about the size of the float.

I love this one everyone. There is a couple ways to catch their butts.

1. TBC changes their cusip #. It is located on all certificates. If you have a certificate
look and you will see it. This calls in all certificates for a change which really messes
the MMs up. Remember all they own is paper that is, ok, shorted to the retail buyer.
They own no certificates at all just sky. This creates a short squeeze of great
magnitude.

2. This is the best way. Change the name of the company and its symbol which
changes all the certificates and the cusip #. HUmmmmm. On top of this merge
another company into Triangle. The whole structure of the shares issued need to be
refaced and a good transfer agent is needed to accomplish this in an orderly manner,
JB?? This would also cause a short squeeze and a scramble by retail buyers to get in
on the new deal. They would see this as a beginning of a possible huge new internet
company and also a vehicle that is taking a private company public.

Remember this is just examples that I have seen talk place before in the market. I can
see a lot of this here and by news releases I have studied.

Thank you,

Willy_Wizard

In regards to all this speculation about MMs I have yet to see a post that accurately
explains what it is MM's do to drive the price. First of all let me say they are not short
on this stock (at least not significantly) and second of all they know this is a legit stock.
You people should be happy this stock is not running. THAT IS HOW MM screw with
the price. When a penny runs and then plummets that is, in a large part due to mm.
They drive it up and then bring it back down. Day traders provide the volaitilty (i.e.
selling and buying), those who had been long or holding the penny see a nice profit
and get out and idiots who buy into the hype purchase shares and then get shafted
when it plummets. With GAAY though there is no hype, MM probably know longs will
hold even with a 15 to 20 cent jump. What would happen then is you get the
daytraders to drive the volume but there is no drop because the idiots or sheep who
decide they are going to get rich off a penny and usually hold and suffer when those
who had been long bail out will remain with the longs who probably won't bail. O.K.
that was a bit hard to follow. In the clearest of terms, a jump in gaay will bring in
daytraders which will get the volume going which will bring in the sheep. However,
because mm sense longs won't bail the subsequent crash won't come. While some
people on this board are saying mm are holding back the price they are only correct
in that mm are not allowing for high volatility and jumps. When the buys come in,
enough to dry out the pool held by mm we will rise. We are being held back mostly by
lack of significant name recognition outside of this board. Listen to those who urge
patience. Also, those moaning about lack of rise I am up 300% in two months. from
.06 to wherever we are now. We are rising, nobody will be a millionaire by next
monday but maybe by next year.
