Well, at the current price it sure feels like the good ol' warrant days are back.

The stock price did drop a bit quicker than I'd imagined. I guess it's amazing what a loss of credibility in management can do for a stock price.

I've sort of been discounting the chatter about XYBR being delisted and filing bankruptcy because Xybernaut would seem to have many optional paths for survival. Still, all the BS coming thru in this last PR suggests a certain level of denial. For example, they "pre-released" quarterly financials two months after many companies "released" their results. Does "pre-releasing" mean they did not have to file the customary filing extension this time? Their newest fav buzzword is "channel conflicts." It sure does take a lot of burden off management when you can keep blaming the channels in other corporations for problems in sales and growth.

How 'bout "updating" your product. You guys are among the very few surviving PC manufacturers who have not updated your CPU speed in mid-product cycle. I suspect that none are thriving without regular upgrades. I know, you didn't need to do it for the MA-III so you maybe didn't think it necessary here. Besides, revenues (as you stated) are up 250% from last year when there wasn't a product to sell, so what's the worry,

>>>We have not met those revenue estimates simply
>>>because we underestimated the amount of time and
>>>effort it would take to energize corporations...

Get a damn product that doesn't apparently slow to a crawl every time you speak into it and doesn't chew batteries like popcorn. Put some honesty into your specs. You seem to be the only folk who can claim to get six hours out of a recharge. 'Under three' to 'about four' seems to be what every one else gets. Credibility. Passion. Insanity. This is what you folks need and lack. You also need to take some responsibility.

Oh, heck. Let's look on the bright side. These double digit declines can't last forever. (You can use that in your next press release, if you wish.)

Shoe.
