Which part...or all or it??? Please clarify....imho the fact ECNC got screwed yesterday by someone else's error on their SEC compliance SUCKS BIGTIME and deserves compensation for damages suffered. Tom advised an RB thread member that NASD (I believe, could be remembering wrong) ADMITTED it was THEIR F##cking fault...excuse my language but that mess yesterday just about killed me. UN#######BELIEVABLE!!!!! Don't get me started..........

Tom's response to one of the RB board members:

Thanks for your letter.

1. The actual announcement of our business plans will be
published in a joint press release next week. We have all
agreed to not release any details until then.

The present 2 recipients who have seen the actual documents
are people who I personally know and have met with.

2. As regards the E label. We filed our name change and
fiscal to calendar reporting with the SEC in an 8K which
you can easily read by accessing www.sec.gov and then
entering eConnect.

This is a case of the left hand of NASD not knowing what the
right hand of the SEC is doing.

NASD has agreed that they have made a mistake and will
correct it.

Tom

How 'bout that in your FACE, HUH!!!! (not directed to anyone...just spouting off some aggression tendencies here :^])
