I hear you, Jim! I used to trade gov. bonds in Europe, and living over there gives you an acute awareness of the impact of currency moves. That's one reason why with indextrade.com we decided to offer all asset classes - to make people aware of, and give them access to, trading the whole picture (for even small amounts, so the banks aren't the only ones who can play).

Today feels like capitulation, though - I think that we stand a good chance of holding here and probably closing above our close yesterday. Might be just short-term. Long-term MA's are history unless the world changes tomorrow. I could be way off, but a lot of people were buying last night watching for the bounce, and got cleaned out today on stock and dollar weakness. Bonds look able to rally from here, though quote.com is giving me a bad read (I think) on the bond price.

Who knows? Quite a morning already...
