Jeff - I am just guessing but usually the dart and balloon are the control and the analyst (read yellow suspenders MBA guy Maurice) has to beat the balloon. I'm not really able to get a read on this latest drop in GSTRF. I suppose 4-5 points would just be the market - but this seems to have dropped more than that, even with successful launch of last 4 sats to get 32. Is this just sell on the news sort of stuff or is there just a sympathy drop with Iridium's problems. I know all this has been discussed but I'm just interested in whether there is a concensus on why the drop from 32 to 23?
