this has become a paper play

Has become? Methinks that's all it ever was or will be.

the company will have to dilute themselves out of the deal/off the property. face it.. if its the cheapest, and the biggest.. a major would be at the table and give the up front money needed to get it going.. this has not happened

Come on Tim, they are talking with majors, Eric Parde says so...
isn't it St Francis Mining from Aussieland????

Well they have apparently proven they have a big deposit and that it can be profitably mined. So it would seem a major will come in sooner or later. If they can start production and the price of gold will go up which it looks like may happen, who knows. This would seem quite an investment. It seems the SEC wants more from myng in the way of proof than they seem to ask of anyone else. Since they have required all of this information it looks like MYNG has come across with the goods alright. I guess the only thing we can do is wait and see.

best to all

PHILL

Don't you just love the mystery and excitement? This journey thru the unknown. The legend of a vast valley of gold hidden for hundreds of years and now, known by just a few. Gold so plentiful that the locals actually mine for earth so they can fill a few flowerbeds. Some have dissappeared mysteriously after learning the secret, others, just refuse to speak for fear of the curse. Rumors abound that the god "Sec" was offended years ago and all that trespass his sacred land or desire it's fruits would trade aimlessly for ever and become quite insane.

What do they know. I'm not mad. Really I'm not. How can they expect me to type, these sleeves are too long and they tie them in the back. "Hey nurse did Ponce De Leon call back yet? Jeeze, don't know what's wrong with that guy. Ouch! Who pricked me? Oh well, now iiiff II cannn.......zzzzzzzzz

HI Tim: I tend to be a bit sour too. I started in this resource stock market around the time Bre-X had the market going crazy. I made doubles, triples & more pretty often. Read all the newsletters by the experts, did my research. Still, the experts don't have that great a showing in my opinion...they brag about their sucesses, but don't reveal their losses & bad picks. They play with loaded dice, so to speak. Following them cost me more than my own picks by a large margin...and I don't have the knowledge or resources that they do. Now, I do like the long shots...and anymore, look at my stocks as numbers on a roulette wheel, hoping one of them will hit! Sounds maybe a bit fatalistic, but have basically given up trying to figure them out..I have some winners, but am not prosperous yet. I really think the problem with us investors or speculators is that we really don't have access to enough knowledge, no matter how much research is done. And, by accepting the experts research & professionalism, that too is lacking by a large margin. So, its still a crap shoot. IMHO!
Perhaps, the answer is given by the reason why people gamble at all: Its an affirmation of life, that perhaps things will turn out well sometime...and if you don't gamble...you've given up already. Best of Luck! Tom
