looks like people are moving out of stocks and in to "safe" 30 year treasuries sort of like last august-oct
this time though foreigners are looking to get out of the dollar complletely so i dont think the 30 year will make a strong a rally as last time..
nonetheless the spread between 30 year and junk will widen as flight to quality occurs..

which hedge fund will collapse first? or has it already happened?

The ugly may get uglier. Productivity came in much
weaker (1.3%) than expected(1.9%). Even worse, Unit Labor costs
shot up 3.8% vs. 2.2% expd.
