Thanks. This is how I look at this situation: yes, Raabe's name was mentioned in the complaint, and he was apparently with the company when the allegedly 'misleading' PRs were released. The other two directors and the new addition - Michael Lowe - have 'clean' records.
The company had $250k in operating revenues last quarter (officially filed with the SEC), and the stock is trading under 2 cents (not 25 or even 10). Look at CHES and the allegations brought against its former directors over a year ago, and the recent judgement (they were ordered to pay $5M, and were barred from participating in any public company, if I remember correctly). The stock is now over a dime (new mgt, new biz plan).

That's why I believe that AREE can be a very good speculative play at these prices, with significant upside potential. Of course, they have to file on time (before Aug. 15); if they don't - all bets are off.
