Judge DSGumby Says Hooker Must Honor Contract

HARARE, Zimbabwe (Rooters) - A prostitute who ran away from a client
demanding a third bout of sex should have delivered, Judge DSGumby said
Wednesday.

Judge Gumby criticized a lower court for convicting a man of
raping a prostitute after she refused a third round of sex in bushes outside a
night club, complaining that the fee of 7,000,000 Zimbabwe dollars ($1.83) was too
small.

"The accused was entitled to hold the complainant to the terms of the
agreement and she was bound to perform," Justice Gumby said.

Prostitution is illegal in Zimbabwe but the Judge Gumby said the woman was under a
contractual obligation, so there.
