I used to be long AOL but...if MSFT and others start offering free internet services...AOL is toast...if you don't agree with this then you better chek to see if your brain is still checked in...Hello...anybody in there..hello...??

Any comments as to the damage in the NASDAQ? BTW: AOL YTD return 2%

That is 2% return for 1999.

Is this crazy or what? I believe YHOO is now Negative for the year....

If this is not a washout, I don't know what is.

With regards to the dead cat bounce, I think the cat just got run over by steam roller. What was Caterpillar trading at this morning?

What I found amazing is Hewlett-Packard seems to have been immune from this latest round of selling. Perhaps I can change that winning pattern by buying into it. <g>

perhaps we should change the name of America Online to America on flatline. Quick someone, get the crash cart, defibrillate at 300 Joules. Cancel that, better yet insert broadband using a central line, check for and maintain output (client base). that's my prescription.
