fwiw--DLJ on TMR this am--"uneven results as operational progression takes pause, maintain mkt perform---sequential production growth faltered and cash operating costs per unit increased--our current $7 target is a lofty goal given presently open issues (eg the well blowout occurred in the last few days of the qtr and we are curious as to the lighter than anticipated total equivalent production that was just below the 1st qtr rate).. we believe that TMR's shares are 'fairly valued' at 6.5x "m-t-m EBITDA"-120% of the group average multiple"---DLJ said that they have been trying to meet with mgt, so far without success but expect to do so early next week.

O/T Internet's aol ...

This is real interesting... looks like the ''end'' to the bubble - ipo's saw their first brickwall of late; aol 1/3rd haircut in weeks... allthough; aol @ $70-80 here and another buy if it sees $60 looks like a potential double if we see the ususal holiday/retailing Q4 net' euphoria... maybe this will move the daytraders out of the net & into the patch ?

TMR must definitely have a large seller... why ? - has to be for the same reason as the 2 analyst downgrades - and I do NOT think the blow out well was the entire reason... still long though... could be a seller who was in at $2/3 & wants out... who knows... I still like the fundamentals of CRK & RRC better... but still SUBSTANTIALLY off of it's prior high here on good news looks like a no-brainer on a silver platter... gotta go with the gut on this one - LONG.
