Does anyone follow SESI? They quickly broke thru resistance and establishing new highs ...on twice the normal volume ..all in the first half hour of trading.

The holding pattern I believe is due to the drop in the overall market and doom and gloom expectations. If the market recovers soon, money will go to the techs if it hangs around the 9600 - 10000 level we will get a huge influx of money into our sector.
My call is next Tuesday will be the "Big Bang" start of a mo mo rally.

That damn TMR seller at 4 is back (ggg). Man it is getting nasty out there in tech land...Starting to feel like a capitulation to me...Question how long will it last.

OT:

Here are some ideas I'm watching....Still think the internuts are overpriced at current levels....

VMIX...reports after the bell today, been dropping on low volume, could be a relief rally after they find out company isn't going out of business.

JDAS...strong company has been getting whacked on low volume, if willing to hold up to year. I think it will see significant gains from here.

IKOS it wants to rebound bad, market just not cooperating...

CKFR..like this company a lot but waiting for it to break 20, one high flyer I like...

Good Luck,

Rory

<<osx has taken out the year's high and the board is pretty quiet.>>

Just a guess, but it seems like many (not all) of the active posters have pretty much bailed on OS in favor of microcap E&P's. If it's working, good for them.

I think the real test comes in the mid-80's. There is a gap up yesterday, which I think will be filled at some point. Possibly we go up a bit more and then fill the gap.

++good - BREEEEAAAKOOOOUUUUTTTTT!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Loud enough for ya? <g> Hey just woke up. Ok so what's with these all these Wall Street firms bulling drillllers? Must be a CONSPIRACY!

IMO "Follow the money". All the INut and tech IPO/debt deals have dried up for the street. They need a new milch cow - OSX is it. Wall Street showed their cards yesterday with the Merril DO upgrade - Good Lord, man with Deepwater no less. Now FLC? Just think, only a month ago deepwater was "DEAD DEAD DEAD". No head fake. Not after the long consolidation the OSX has been through. What's even better - no one believes it - not even me!

Boom '99.

PS. Now Jakob Snyder will show me NO mercy!!!!!!!!! <GGGG>
