I had the pleasure of meeting with Jim Douglass of CKFR last evening in New York City. Perhaps the most important comment was the statement that alluded to the fact that last year there was reason for the decline in the stock price. This year there is not. CKFR is a steal at this price. I do not want to appear too positive because of the "Gintel" factor of buying when there is blood on the street.
