Your pricing scheme sounds over priced today in light of the looming pricing war betweem MSFT and AOL. Somehow ATHM must figure out a way to survive with 0 (zero) subscription charge. Partnership with Yahoo is a way to go.

You price ATHM/XCIT at $18/month! and AOL at $15 beyond that!

ATHM/XCIT web site right now is basically worthless. AOL can be had for $9.95 right now.

Try $1 for Excite and $5 for AOL and people might listen. Even then Excite would have to push to attract customers, might be a good motivation for them.
