I just call and talked to Kevin Homers (correct name?), and he has confirmed YES to both of inquires. Filling in the first week of August. There will be a PR accompany with the filling. David is in Europe. Johnny

Reinhard, can you help with something? Not sure if you can or have already, but you seem to be the right person to share all the marketing suggestions with Skinner, that we have come up with on the RB thread. This is a perfect chance to show the power of WINR shareholders in causing a positive change to happen at WINR. Skinner needs to understand these marketing ideas. He is an excellent negotiator and technical guy, but needs help in this area. I had a long talk with Kevin just now and we are all on the same wavelength. It would REALLY help to have you relay the ideas directly to Skinner since he has met you face to face at the recent shareholders meeting. Thanks, DAVE
