I closed out my short at a loss at 62 1/2

ouch!

I bought my puts on Aug 29 when MU was 61 5/16, much too early as it now turns out. The same ones were trading today for 48% less than what I paid. MU must drop below $58 now for my puts to be profitable.

Meanwhile, the SOX has dropped 30 points in the same interval, and the NASDAQ over 200. Still MU keeps crabbing sideways.

Amazing!
