One...teaser on the threads about gorilla news of a big investor coming in which was confirmed by the company but unable to disclose details turned off many investors as a bit suspicious, that is JMHO. Two...NASD announced it will place an E on the ticker Friday...but it has turned out that the supposed filing error is no error at all. ECNC is current pursuant to the rules...NASD just confused b/c ECNC changed its reporting period from fiscal to calendar and they can't seem to understand how their own rules work.
