Yes, ain't that a wonder? They keep suing. They should be able to sue every time they change the government. Have to admire their persistence. Never giving up works well if you have the patience for it.

Now that Dome has decided not to go ahead with the deal it might be their time. I wonder how much dome will fight for it. And to think they are still the registered owner of the claims. I love that South American philosophy! Yas, Senor Gringo 1 owns the claim on paper, but Senor Gringo 2 paid a lot of money to mine it! How can we ignore Senor Gringo 2's money?

But I think at times we are just as bad in many ways.

Wouldn't it be a gas if they won? But with these gold and copper prices who would care?
