Richard, Just to clarify. We may, in fact, raise the lifetime membership fee, but that would only apply to new members. Sorry if my earlier comment was unclear. If you've already paid for lifetime membership, then you're paid up - for the rest of your life - which we hope is long and healthy. With respect to listening to our customers and making real changes based on that feedback. You're right - only time will tell. I believe that we have started a positive pattern, which we intend to continue. Thanks, Bryan
