JMM:OT Whoa? What kind of salads do you try and make? 1/2 an onion (.15) Head of Romain lettuce hearts (.70) 2 tomatoes (.99) 1/2 of an avocado (.65) a 1/4 head of parsley (.15) Olive oil and Vinegar Dressing (.35) covers the salad. Makes a nice salad for 3 or 4. Comes to 2.99.

I think I'll go back to steak, eh Scumbria.

We spend about $200 a week on salad for 5 people. A real benefit of being in Silicon Valley are the incredible farmer's markets- with low cost, fresh, organic produce.
