This was worth a call. But funny, nobody answered.

When Don was looking to raise $2M for his software joint venture, I suspect he used quite a few Madison shares. And based upon the fact that shares are being sold at this level, they must have been provided at a significant discount. Simple calculation, 30% of $2M = $600,000 at 10 cents per share means an additional $6M shares could hit the street. And I bet they promised him the wouldn't sell for a year.

I hope you know what your doing, Don. Because the current shareholders are getting crushed by the markets perception of your vision.

That ain't the half of it.

Unless they articulate a strategy for success and show some ability to implement that strategy, the only people who will keep holding this stock are those who can't face up to the fact that they blew it and should accept that and move on.
