Global Travel Network is about to reverse takeover OTC BB: PLEX This has been confirmed via the phone with the shell (PLEX) and Global Travel Network... See this web site: travnet.com Sales for the Travel Network chain exceeds $1 billion They are of course profitable and the shell is already reporting. They have over 350 franchises all over the United States plus international locations. They also have a deal with WalMart (they have over 40 sites in WalMarts now and growing). On the ask side we have 1 @ .18, 1@ .21, next guy is at .22 and next is .256 last at 1+... The stock ran yesterday and earlier today and looks like we are done with sellers. VERY THIN STOCK... BE PATIENT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED... WAIT FOR A DECENT SPREAD... it will happen. Remember, spread is a function of MMs having few shares to sell. Not a rec to buy... please do your own DD. Tom
