I don't know what that means. All I know that it's very difficult watch SSW (a growth stock priced like a value stock) go down after a positive quarter and conference call. Forward PE of around 13 and this stock still can't rally on a positive day (with 3 positive press releases). I'm not going to sell, because there CANNOT be much sellers out there at this price. I'm confident we will move into low 30's soon, but in the meantime, this laggard performance is frustrating.
