That's the whole point. You do not have control of absolute graphics positioning. You can only pray that the wizard has something close.

OT: Is it easy to upload Front Page generated pages or do you have to buy something else. I suppose I could manually convert the links and use Fetch, if necessary. I don't want to have to purchase something else for publishing the site.
I didn't realize Front page was Mac compatible. Guess I'm still pretty new to this game.
