Great story Mike and it obviously adds credibility to what we've been hearing regarding some likely participants in the "SHORT" position.Imagine a vindication like this accruing to MDHM!!!!

Of course there really is no short position anyway according to the know-it-alls on this thread...RIGHT!!!!! It's a figment of our imagination drummed up by management to cover their selling more MDHN stock....RIGHT!!!!!

IMO, that's just another illustration of what a joke the SEC is. Bear Stearns is charged with defrauding investors of $75 million; but they only have to pay back $38.5 million, and no criminal charges are filed. I'd rob banks for a living if i could get a deal like that.
