Ok yesterday i told you about my experience with stokely and how it paralleled this stock movement. I have done
some extensive calling in the last 24 hours about this stock. I have friends who have/do work for steel companies.
Most notably LTV and USX. This is what I have been able to garner from what will probably amount to a $500 phone
bill. Which, by the way, I could have gotten almost 10,000 more shares. Anyway this is the story from what I
understand. The rumor of the share purchase is true. It happens more often than you think in this type of
industry(manufacturing). A group of investors is trying to buyout CDNO. It is NOT another company but a group of
investors. Some of the purchases have been made directly from PROFUTURES. The rest have been on the open
market. Right now they are looking to see exactly how many shares they have and thus aren't buying(hence low
volume) and MM's use that to their advantage. Tomorrow will probably be another buying spree and from what I hear
they think they have enough shares that they can just gobble the rest up for anywhere between 25-35 cents. What is
left over will probably be tendered at .50. There have been too many specific told to me that I am pretty sure that this
is true. My advice would be to make them by the rest of the shares at .50 on a tender and forget the 25-35 cents. I
know that 90% of you would take a quarter and move on but you could lose 1/2 your money by selling too soon. I for
one am going to buy all I can today just to make them that much shorter. The total value at the end of the purchase
price will be around 9 million dollars. I think they got of cheap how about you!?
