Zeev, Skeeter, I have to agree that SA's recent sale, along with all the other recent insider sales (which together tell me this isn't a "random" event), speaks very powerfully to me that all the so called "positives" that one can conjure are in fact nothing but smoke and mirrors. All the negatives that are inescapable with this stock are reality. Today, the market values the smoke and mirrors more than it values reality. That may change soon, or it may not. It seems to be changing a bit for some other highly valued issues, but MU's chickens still show little sign of wanting to come home to roost. Land_Lubber
