So THAT's why we're dropping like a rock today....So what happens if MSN is offered for free and none of the AOL users defect? and in fact MORE users switch over from MSN to AOL? As an AOL stockholder, I love this move because MSFT would lose SO much money on it that they might go bust...loyal AOLers won't go(praise the nontechies who think AOL IS the internet)...in the longrun MSFT will lose alot more than it can gain...the market is panicking right now, but just wait til the dust settles...with MSFT having NOTHING new on tap after windows 2k, AOL may just emerge as the sole survivor in this war!
