Sorry 'bout that. He got a phone message in to me about 1:05 pm from a payphone so he is obviously on the road and up to his Keister in you know what... He gave me the attorney's name and number who they sic'd on NASD over the E fiasco. Basically...if the E goes no Friday a suit will be filed. No question now that it is NASD's fault I am told. Simple problem of NASD forgot ECNC changed from fiscal to calender year. Last 8K was timely and next filing not due until 8/15 but plan is to file on 8/9. Enjoy work and keep trying to get on the phone with Tom. We need your hard nosed and soft bellied questioning skills on this one!!! Tom IS NOT avoiding you man...just hard for two busy people to catch one another. :^]
